After that, the transfer can be performed under Package > Domains > Domain Exchange . Please note that there may be a downtime of up to 12 hours for your website after the domain transfer for newly registered domains. Afterward, your website will be accessible under the new domain as usual.

My web hosting package is active. What now?

The best way to do this is to log into your my.world4you.com customer area and take a look around. The majority of our customers start with the creation of their website. For this, there are a lot of possibilities and different systems that help you to realize your web project. Common systems, especially WordPress, can be installed quickly and easily with the Easy.Install function. Here you initiate the installation, the rest is handled automatically by world4you. You will then receive the access data for your system. Alternatively, you can of course upload a website yourself by placing files on the web server via FTP. How do create a website with a .at domain?

If you want to add a web hosting package to an existing domain, you have to perform a package change. To do this, go to my.world4you.com , click on the package overview, and then on the link "View contract". Then click on "Change package" and choose a package for your domain.

My images are not being displayed. Why do I only see a red cross?

If instead of your desired images, you see a frame with a red cross, there could be two common reasons: 1. The image link is not correct. In this case, pay attention to the uppercase and lowercase letters in the correct path in the HTML code. 2. The image has been linked, but it has not been uploaded to the web space. In this case, upload the image to the web space and then test the website again.
